Although I would not qualify it to be a season, I watched the final episode of this shows "season". I was glad to know that the ones chosen would go on to Ghost Hunters International, as that isn't one of my favorite shows, so it isn't a huge loss for me. Especially when the ones picked I didn't necessarily find all that interesting.
I liked Chris, as he seemed down to earth and didn't make it seem like he knew what he was doing, like he was some sort of expert in the paranormal. Plus he didn't seem to be all about the drama. At least I can root for him in the next "season".
But, the one thing I found odd about this show is that some of the locations they went to, when Ghost Hunters had investigated there it seemed like they got a nice amount of evidence. On Academy they were lucky to get a banging sound which they couldn't explain.
I am someone who watches these shows for the evidence and it seemed like a let down for me, as I am not one interested in the drama that some wannabe TAPS members create from something that is so small.
So, you investigate with someone three times and now that they are going home nothing will be the same? And the new person you have to treat like crap because they replaced your newly found BFF? I wasn't a big fan of Jane, but I really didn't blame her for speaking out like she did. The second the other members saw her she wasn't welcomed. And I thought that was pretty crappy.
It makes me wonder, though, why there was the huge lack of evidence. I wouldn't be surprised if the next season has more to keep people interested in it.
Anymore I only look forward to seeing Ghost Adventures. All the other shows I watch only for the evidence. Although Ghost Lab is good. Just wish that one brother wasn't so annoying to me. xP And The Haunted I like, as it's just stories of paranormal things, like A Haunting, although I think I've seen all of those.
